These terms apply when you request a quote from, or book a service with, Vantique Detailing.

Quotes and pricing

Prices on this website are starting prices for a sedan, in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. A quote is an estimate based on the details and photos you give us. We confirm the final price after inspecting the vehicle and before starting work. Larger vehicles and heavily soiled vehicles cost more.

Booking and deposits

A deposit secures your appointment and comes off your final bill. It is fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, and you can reschedule any time before that. If you cancel inside 48 hours, the deposit is kept.

Payment

The balance is due when the work is finished, at pickup or before we leave a mobile appointment.

Your vehicle

  • Please remove personal belongings and valuables before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
  • We note existing damage, such as scratches, chips and worn or failing paint, at drop-off. Detailing and polishing can make existing defects easier to see, and we are not responsible for damage that was already there.
  • Some stains, odours, scratches and paint defects cannot be fully removed. We tell you what to expect before we start.
  • For mobile appointments, we need a safe, legal place to park and work beside the vehicle.

Text messages

When you request a quote or book, we may text you about your quote, appointment confirmations and reminders. If you opt in, we may also send occasional offers and check-up reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also reach us at (604) 239-2342 or info@vantiquedetailing.ca. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of booking.

Photos

We photograph vehicles before and after the work and may share photos of the work, without your name or contact details. Tell us if you'd rather your vehicle not be shown. More detail is in our privacy policy.

Changes and contact
