This explains what personal information Vantique Detailing collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
  • Vehicle details: year, make, model, colour, and any photos of the vehicle you send us.
  • Service address: where the vehicle will be, if you book a mobile detail.
  • Booking and service records: what you booked, what we did, what you paid, and your guarantee details if you had a coating.
  • Messages: texts, emails and form submissions you send us.
  • Website activity: pages visited and forms submitted, collected through cookies and similar tools.

We don't store card numbers. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.

How we use it

  • To send you a quote and answer your questions
  • To book, confirm and remind you about appointments
  • To do the work and keep a record of it, including guarantee records
  • To measure which of our ads lead to enquiries, so we can improve them
  • To send you offers or check-up reminders, only if you've agreed to receive them

Texts and emails

When you ask for a quote, we reply by text, phone or email about that request. We only send marketing messages if you've agreed to them, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Cookies and advertising tools

This website uses the Meta Pixel and tracking from our booking software. They record visits and form submissions so we can see which ads are working, and they may be used to show our ads to people who have visited the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business:

  • Our booking and customer management software (GoHighLevel)
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising and lead forms
  • Our payment provider and website host

Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of that country.

Photos of your vehicle

We photograph vehicles before and after the work for our records, and we may share photos of the work on our website and social media. We don't post your name or contact details with them. Tell us if you'd rather your vehicle not be shown, and we won't post it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including for the length of any guarantee, and as required for tax and business records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. To do any of these, contact us:
